Competition!

Hi Everyone!

I’ve decided to run a competition while I get the remaining blog posts and images ready for release… so if you join my mailing list before the end of April 2012, you will go in the draw to win a poster of your choice from my ‘Exit Through the Thrift Shop’ project.

Good Luck! :-)

UPDATE 25/04/2012: I have decided to beef up the prize to an actual print (as opposed to a poster), and it is going to be 20″ x 30″ (pretty much A1- a size that is not even available for purchase!) AND, I will sign it.

T & C’s:

1. The prize is 1 poster from the Exit Through the Thrift Shop project + free worldwide shipping. Image and size to be chosen by the winner.

2. Entry into the competition is by joining the mailing list below.

3. This prize cannot be redeemed for cash value.

4. All entries must be received by 5pm 30 April 2012.

5. The winner will be announced 1 May 2012, the decision is final and no correspondance will be entered into.

6. This competition is open to anyone, in any country.

Prints now available for purchase!

Hi Everyone,

sorry about the quiet couple of weeks, I’ve been working hard on a few bits and pieces, and have finally managed to make an online store (of sorts- I am really hopeless when it comes to doing stuff on the web..) for those of you who were interested in buying some prints from the ‘Exit’ project. I will be adding a few other offerings (stickers, post cards, a calendar etc let me know if there is anything else you’d like to buy) over the next few weeks, but at the moment only posters are available for purchase. Your purchases will help me to fund my new photography projects :-)

There are still a few photos from the project that I have yet to release, so I will let you all know when the blog posts are ready.

You can find the webstore here.

Hi Everyone,

I’m very pleased to announce that Andy at UnknownPhotographer.net has just published an article I wrote about my project Exit Through the Thrift Shop. I go into quite a bit more detail about the inspiration and nuts and bolts of the project, so if you’re interested, please check it out here.

Welcome!

Hi Everyone,

I am going to start releasing the images from a personal project that I exhibited last September and I’m going to be using this blog to talk a bit about each image.

I will try and release one new image every few days until early March, and explain a bit about the process that went into the creation of each image and also take a look at the behind the scenes aspects of the actual shoots for those of you who are interested in the photographic side of things.

I have been working on this project for well over a year now so I am really excited to finally be able to share the work with a much wider audience, and to show a few new images that weren’t included in the original exhibition to those that came along in September.

As always, your feedback is welcome and encouraged, and I look forward to hearing all your thoughts on the new work.

Linda :-)
